When you place an order, we collect your name, email, order details, Google Drive links to source photos, and any notes you provide. We do not sell your data.

We use your information solely to fulfill editing orders, communicate about order status, and improve our service. Property photos are accessed only for the purpose of editing and are handled under strict confidentiality.
Data retention
Order records are retained for business and legal purposes. Source files on Google Drive remain under your control; we recommend revoking editor access after delivery.
